If Democrats seek to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory again, then comments and name-calling like the above certainly are helping us on our way. Passionate support for a candidate is understandable, but this is primary season. We are selecting a candidate to head our party to run against John McCain. When all is said and done and the dust clears, I would surely hope that supporters of the losing candidate at least vote for the winner in the general election.
For instance, this comment puzzles me:
Well, shouldn't we rather have Hillary lose Wisconsin in the general election to McCain than have OBama beat McCain in Wisconsin?
